MINIMAL INVASIVE REPULSION KIT (MIR)
The unique and revolutionary MIR Kit is designed to be used by veterinary surgeons for minimally invasive repulsion of dental fragments or fractured teeth. The kit should be used in conjunction with careful radiographic positioning through a small trephine or drill hole.
The set of six pins come in pairs (with either a sharp, pointed or flat knurled end) of 4m, 6mm & 8mm diameter. Each pin is approximately 20 cm in length (including the block) Each pin is fitted with a block at the base and can slot into the hammer to aid the pins removal should it become in any way lodged in an incorrect position.
Made from stainless steel with nylon handle on hammer.
The 'MIR' kit has been developed in the field with the help of the Chris Pearce from Equine Dental Clinic Ltd.
